Numerous nursing mistakes are still committed despite the fact that it is crucial to reduce patient damage and to advance patient safety and high-quality results in healthcare (Dunagan, 2017). The benefits of front-line practitioners participating in Quality Improvement activities are frequently stressed in health systems. Individual patient care can be changed through quality improvement, and services can be reformed throughout complicated health and care systems. Quality Improvement may be a tremendous opportunity for people to be part of leading and implementing change (Backhouse & Ogunlayi, 2020). Behavior change theories help pinpoint people's primary drivers for adopting advised health behaviors, which makes it easier to create treatments, particularly those with a human- centered design. According to the Theory of Reasoned Action, a person's behavior is influenced by their intention to carry out an action, which is itself a result of their attitude toward the action and subjective norms (Busse & Miranda, 2018). The Theory of Reason Action is applicable to my practice issue. For instance, if a depressed individual refuses to take her medication, her sadness may cause her to lose her employment.
